Airbrush Brows Course

The Airbrush Brows Course teaches you how to create sharp, defined brows using brow mapping, stencils, hybrid stain and a professional airbrush machine.

Unlike hand-applied tinting, the airbrush allows colour to be built in light layers. This makes it possible to create a softer brow front with stronger definition through the arch and tail.

You will learn how to plan the brow shape before applying colour. Accurate mapping and stencil placement are essential because the airbrush follows the outline you create.

The course also covers machine setup, product flow, spray control, cleaning and common equipment problems. Your tutor will demonstrate the full process before you complete practical work.

The theory is completed online before the academy session. This allows the one-day class to focus on machine handling, brow design and supervised treatment practice.

Candidates must hold a Brow Waxing qualification. Complete beginners may add Brow Waxing training when booking the course.

After successful completion, you will receive an Airbrush Brows Diploma. The course is accredited and insurable, subject to meeting the entry requirement and arranging suitable professional insurance.

How Airbrush Brows Work

Airbrush brows use a small machine to apply hybrid brow stain through a stencil.

The stain is sprayed in controlled layers rather than applied across the brow with a standard brush. This allows the technician to control the depth of colour in different areas.

The treatment is designed to create a clean, temporary brow finish. It is not tattooing or permanent make-up.

Brow Mapping and Stencil Placement

The finished airbrush result depends on the accuracy of the brow outline.

You will learn how to identify the start, arch and end of each brow. You will also assess the client’s natural growth, brow thickness and facial features.

Once the brows have been mapped, the stencil must be positioned closely against the skin. Poor placement can cause blurred lines, uneven colour or unwanted overspray.

The course covers how to:

Measure and map both brows
Choose a suitable stencil shape
Position the stencil securely
Protect the surrounding skin

Creating an Ombré Airbrush Finish

An ombré airbrush brow should not have the same colour depth from front to tail.

You will learn how to keep the front of the brow lighter and gradually increase the definition through the body, arch and tail.

This requires control over the machine distance, spray direction and number of colour layers applied.

Your tutor will demonstrate how to avoid a heavy, block-like brow front while maintaining crisp lower and upper lines.

Using the Airbrush Machine

The course explains how the airbrush machine works and how each setting affects the application.

You will practise holding the machine at a suitable angle and distance from the brow. You will also learn how to control the product flow and prevent too much stain from being released at once.

Brow Waxing Add-On for Beginners
