The trainer was so nice and friendly and instantly put me at ease. Everything was explained very clearly and we were encouraged to ask questions and not feel silly about asking them. Lovely staff, really nice relaxed atmosphere and beautiful training environment. All aspects of the course were explained really well and the practical work was well taught and lots of helpful hints and tips. Will be back for more courses in the future.
