Description

Mesotherapy works by creating tiny punctures into the epidermis of the skin to allow for the transdermal delivery of vitamins, minerals and amino acids. The free hand skilled technique is known as Nappage which originated in France and is still very new to the UK. Mesotherapy is a well known facial rejuvenation treatment which is used for skin rejuvenation and hydration from the inside out giving a bright, firm rejuvenated complexion. Mesotherapy is a highly effective rejuvenating treatment, replacing hyaluronic acid which provides deep hydration, toning benefits and cell regeneration.

Course Content– Mesotherapy is currently in high demand with only a few clinics in Scotland offering the highly sought after procedure. An ideal add-on procedure to a Chemical peel or Dermaplaning as it allows for the mesotherapy to deliver deeper into the epidermis.

Chemical peels are a great addition to any treatment menu to give your clients results driven facials. Peels can be administered alone or prior to Mesotherapy. Chemical peels can be used to treat fine lines, pigmentation, acne and improve overall skin tone and texture. A quick treatment with no down time and high profit margins for your business.

Mesotherapy is a safe, natural alternative to invasive cosmetic procedures and is ideally suited to the treatment of dry, dehydrated and dull skin. Courses of treatment are recommended making this a profitable treatment to retain your clients. It can also be used as a one off skin boost for clients looking to boost radiance prior to an event or wedding etc. The treatment itself can be applied to the whole face, neck, chest and hands. The procedure involves a series superficial injections to the epidermis which allows for the transportation of the products to the dermal layer where cellular interaction takes place. Using a very fine sterile needle to slightly break the surface of the skin to nourish and rejuvenate the skin promoting the production of collagen, strengthening elastin fibres and stimulating metabolism.
This comprehensive course covers skin anatomy and physiology, contraindications, history and benefits of mesotherapy and skin peels, health and safety, sharps disposal and safety, treatable skin conditions, product and ingredient recommendations, homecare and aftercare.
