6 in 1 Facial Course
The 6 in 1 Facial Course teaches qualified facial therapists how to use six facial technologies as one complete treatment or as separate services.
This one-day course is designed for therapists who already hold a Facial Diploma or an equivalent skincare qualification.
You will learn how to assess the client’s skin, select suitable treatment stages and operate each attachment correctly.
The six technologies can be combined within one facial or offered as separate treatments where suitable.
After successful completion, you will receive a 6 in 1 Facial Diploma. The course is accredited and insurable, subject to holding the required facial qualification and arranging suitable professional insurance.
Six Facial Technologies Included
The course covers the following six technologies:
- Radio Frequency
- Ultrasound
- Cold Hammer
- Skin Scrubber
- Jet Oxygen Peel
- H2O Spray
You will learn the purpose of each attachment and how it fits into a complete treatment plan.
Radio Frequency
Radio Frequency uses controlled energy within a professional facial treatment.
You will learn how to prepare the skin, select suitable settings and move the handpiece across the treatment area.
The training covers:
- Client suitability
- Contraindications
- Machine preparation
- Product application
- Handpiece movement
- Monitoring client comfort
- Completing the treatment safely
Ultrasound Facial Treatment
The ultrasound attachment is used with suitable professional skincare products.
You will learn how to select the product, prepare the skin and use the handpiece in a controlled way.
The treatment must be adapted to the client’s skin and the instructions for the machine used.
Cold Hammer
The Cold Hammer attachment is used as a cooling stage within the facial routine.
You will learn when to include it, how to move the attachment across the skin and how to maintain client comfort.
The course also covers cleaning and preparing the attachment before and after use.
Skin Scrubber
The Skin Scrubber is used as part of the cleansing and exfoliation stages of the facial.
You will learn how to prepare the skin and hold the attachment at the correct angle.
The training includes:
- Skin preparation
- Correct handpiece position
- Working direction
- Pressure control
- Avoiding unsuitable areas
- Cleaning the attachment after use
Jet Oxygen Peel
The Jet Oxygen Peel forms part of the skin-preparation and hydration stages of the treatment.
You will learn how to operate the attachment, select suitable products and work across the face in a clear sequence.
The procedure should be adapted to the client’s skin condition and comfort.
H2O Spray
The H2O Spray attachment is used to apply suitable liquid skincare products during the facial.
You will learn how to fill, prepare and operate the attachment safely.
The course also covers suitable application distance, movement and cleaning.
Hydradermabrasion Principles
The 6 in 1 Facial uses a gentler approach than traditional crystal microdermabrasion.
Instead of using an abrasive grit, the treatment combines fluid-based exfoliation with selected skincare products.
You will learn how to use the machine to cleanse and exfoliate the skin while maintaining client comfort.
Planning the Complete Facial
Not every client will need every treatment stage.
You will learn how to choose and arrange the technologies according to:
- Skin type
- Skin condition
- Client concerns
- Contraindications
- Treatment goals
- Client comfort
The course teaches you how to create a structured treatment without using the same routine for every client.
Client Consultation and Skin Analysis
A consultation and skin assessment must take place before the facial begins.
You will learn how to review:
- The client’s skin concerns
- Relevant medical information
- Medication and skincare products
- Previous facial treatments
- Contraindications
- Client expectations
This information helps you decide which technologies are suitable and whether the treatment needs to be adapted.
Health, Safety and Hygiene
The machine and all attachments must be prepared and cleaned correctly.
The course covers:
- Preparing the treatment area
- Cleaning the machine
- Checking the attachments
- Maintaining professional hygiene
- Using suitable products
- Monitoring client comfort
- Keeping treatment records
- Cleaning equipment after use
Contraindications and Treatment Restrictions
The 6 in 1 Facial is not suitable for every client.
