Mesotherapy Course

The Mesotherapy Course teaches qualified beauty, facial and medical professionals how to perform superficial needle-based skincare treatments safely and professionally.

This half-day course covers the theory and practical skills required to add mesotherapy to an existing skincare treatment menu.

You will learn how to assess the skin, select suitable professional products and perform controlled superficial needle techniques.

The course includes training in Nappage, a freehand mesotherapy technique using a series of shallow applications across the treatment area.

After successful completion, you will receive a Mesotherapy Diploma. The course is accredited and insurable, subject to holding the required qualifications and arranging suitable professional insurance.

What Is Mesotherapy?

Mesotherapy is a superficial needle-based treatment used to apply selected professional skincare products within the upper layers of the skin.

Products may contain ingredients such as:

  • Hyaluronic acid
  • Vitamins
  • Minerals
  • Amino acids

The treatment may be considered for suitable clients concerned about dry, dehydrated or dull-looking skin.

Results vary according to the client’s skin condition, the products used and the treatment plan.

Nappage Mesotherapy Technique

Nappage is a freehand mesotherapy technique that originated in France.

It uses a fine sterile needle to make a series of controlled, superficial applications across the skin.

The training covers:

  • Correct hand positioning
  • Needle angle
  • Application depth
  • Spacing between applications
  • Working in a consistent treatment pattern
  • Monitoring client comfort
  • Monitoring the visible skin response

The procedure must remain within the treatment depth taught during the course.

Products should not be mixed unless the manufacturer and your training specifically permit this.

Contraindications and Client Suitability

Mesotherapy is not suitable for every client.

You will learn how to identify conditions that may require treatment to be:

You will also learn when a client should be referred for appropriate medical advice.

The Mesotherapy Course is non-refundable. Course credit may be offered for a change or cancellation, subject to the academy's booking terms.
